7+ days prior to your reservation you may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a 7.5% ($25 minimum) processing fee.
5-6 days prior to your reservation you may cancel and receive a 50% refund, minus a 7.5% ($25 minimum) processing fee.
0-4 days prior to your reservation you may not reschedule or receive a refund.
No pro-rated credits for returning the Moke/Golf Cart prior to the scheduled rental end date.
We reserve the right to refuse service or to cancel any rental at any time due to conditions deemed unsafe.
Tips that are processed go to our staff and are non-refundable.
