Moke FAQs

  • Every Driver must be 21+ years or older, provide proof of a valid Driver’s License, and proof of automobile insurance. In addition, every participant needs to sign the rental agreement and applicable waivers. Your primary auto insurance is the listed primary insurance during your rental.

  • When fully charged, the Moke has an approximate range of 80 miles. The entire Island of Sanibel is 12 miles long and about 5 miles wide and Captiva is about 5 miles long. For example, a trip from Lighthouse beach (the very tip of Sanibel) to the very end of Captiva is about 17 miles long.

  • Your Moke comes with a standard 110v plug in charger and extension cord, so you can plug it into any household outlet.

  • The Moke is a street-legal low speed vehicle. You can drive on any public road on Sanibel and Captiva with a posted speed limit of 35 MPH or lower. Both Sanibel and Captiva’s public roads are posted at 35 MPH or lower. However, you cannot take the Moke on the Causeway, on any bike or walking paths, leave the perimeter of Sanibel or Captiva, and you cannot drive on beaches or anywhere motorized vehicles are prohibited.

  • The Moke can be fully charged from empty in about 4-6 hours. The Moke is equipped with a high performance lithium charger so you could get about 50% charge or about 35 miles range in about 2 hours.

  • Your Moke comes with a waterproof Bimini top that can be put on easily, while it wont help in a severe rainstorm, it’ll keep you dry in light conditions. If you plan on keeping the Moke outside overnight, we politely ask that you to put the Bimini top on, you just never know with Florida weather!

  • It's simple to reserve a cabana bundle when booking through our website. After you select your desired dates, there will be an add-on option in the cart to add on a Cabana rental at a discounted price! All the necessary beach supplies will be delivered with your Moke free of charge!

  • Yes, setting up our cabanas and umbrellas is incredibly easy. We provide all the essential equipment to ensure a hassle-free experience. Enjoy your beach time without any stress!

  • If you wish to extend your cabana rental duration, please get in touch with our customer care team at (239) 722-MOKE. We are dedicated to accommodating your requests and will make every effort to assist you with your extension. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.

Golf Cart FAQs

  • We offer complimentary gas refills for all our golf cart rentals. When your golf cart’s fuel gauge is low, simply give us a call and we will come out to fill your tank!

  • Our golf carts are equipped with safety features such as seat belts, headlights, turn signals, mirrors, and a top-of-the-line suspension system to ensure a safe and secure ride for you and your passengers.

  • We highly recommend making a reservation in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak season, but feel free to give us a call at any time and we will do our best to accommodate!

  • We offer free pickup on the final day of your booking around 5 p.m.

Electric Surfboard FAQs

  • Must be over 18 years of age, under 265 lbs, and a good swimmer.

  • A single charge lasts around 45 minutes. Our Jetboard experience ensures that you will always have a surfboard to ride for the duration of your excursion.

  • Unfortunately, we no longer offer hourly rates for Jetboard rentals. Instead, you can immerse yourselves the exhilarating Jetboard experience with an onsite instructor.
